Thank you! You should hear from me any minute!
How to prepare for your tuning...
1. Try and remove any objects like picture frames, covers, clocks, lamps, etc., off of the top of the piano. I will need access to the top lid to open and tune your piano.
2. Notify me before our service (if possible) of keys that may be troublesome to you, or that maybe you'd like to have the piano cleaned or scratches removed. This will allow me to provide you with more adequate care.
3. Set the room temperature where you'd normally have it as if you were playing the piano (especially churches). Open windows near the piano during the tuning can fluctuate the pitch.
4. Try and keep it quiet :) Loud items like vacuums, lawn equipment, televisions, and screaming children:) may make tuning a bit more difficult.
