Key Adjustments - how easily and evenly the keys play is called “regulation”. I will check this for you! (very important)

Pianos are regulated at the factory to align & correctly set the timing of all 5,000 acton parts, allowing them to work efficiently. Once the action parts go through normal playing wear, they need to be reset, or “regulated” to return the performance back to proper playing standards (once every 8 to 10 years).
