"I purchased the Ritmuller Grand in the spring of 2017...after about 9 months, however, I was becoming increasingly worried that perhaps I had made a bad purchase..." (continue reading)

"Such a wonderful person to work with and once you talk about him you realize that everyone in the valley knows who he is!"
Michael Oehman, Client
"My wife and I (both professional musicians) inherited an upright piano from a relative and were immediately referred to Randy to get it fixed up and tuned. He was easy to work with, knowledgable and up front with the specific work our instrument would need. I will definitely be calling him in 6 months to re-tune our piano!" (continue reading)

Know what the true condition is of the piano you're going to buy before you buy. NEVER take a free piano in unless you have the service records or it was just tuned within the past year with good remarks from the technician.
3 to 6 months is Ideal
Even if you can't hear it, your piano may be out of tune. To develop & grow a strong sense of pitch, tune your piano often. This will keep the pitch balanced at A440. A well tuned piano not only sounds better, but sustains its value.
Acrylic White Keytops
Modern pianos use acrylic plastic tops since the ban on ivory trade occurred in the United States in the 1970s. Custom fit tops make for smooth play at your fingertips and enhance your piano's overall appearance and value.
Regulation & Performance
The way a piano's keys & action work together refer to how well it is "regulated". A concert prep, a minor regulation, or complete regulation will enhance your action for optimal performance.
Voicing & Tone Quality
A little voicing will make or break how the quality of sound is produced. Light Voicing can be added to your tuning for just $129.00 or you might consider a Complete Voicing for a more dramatic change you'll be sure to love.
Old hammers that are worn or over-hardened can be replaced. This will completely restore the tone when the original hammers are not producing the tone you seek.
Piano Life Saver System by Dampp Chaser
Automatic humidity control for your vertical or grand piano, set at 42%, will keep it:

In-Home Finish Repair
The repair below was small enough to be performed on-site. The piano was weathered beyond traditional waxing or coloring but the results were pretty fascinating.
Custom made parts can often be made when piano supply companies no longer carry what we need.
He wasn't able to get a replacement. Randy recreated the part and was able to get my piano playing again. He's very busy but he is very accommodating and does a great job.
