Preparing for Tuning

A semi-quiet environment helps create an optimal tuning experience. You might also want to remove anything (non-piano related) from the piano as Randy will be removing parts of the cabinetry.

What I’ll Need

I just need 10 minutes to run a quick but thorough inspection to then go over options with you. 99% of the time, inspections are free & only charged if the primary reason for the visit is the inspection. First-time visits are usually anywhere from 1 hr to 2.5 hours.

Platinum Tuning

recommended every-other-tuning, or once pear year.

Ultra Luxe Polish & Tune

deep polishing & tuning once every 10 years

  • hinge polishing

  • all exposed metals polished

  • Time: 2 Days

  • $1.069 verticals / $1,469 grands
