Step ONE: booking your service.
We book an evaluation of your piano. I spend 10 minutes inspecting all 88 keys’ function, the pitch, tonal dynamics, structural components, and pedal functionality. A booking service call is $110 + tax but waived If you move forward with any recommendations offered to you.
Step TWO: I begin working.
For optimal results, a fairly quiet environment in the room where Randy is working is best. Please try not to vacuum during the appointment :). The noise causes a large disruption in trying to give you the best tuning I can. Please remove anything non-piano related from the instrument as Randy will be removing cabinetry to access the tuning pins & action.
