Step ONE: booking your service.
We book an evaluation for the first 15 minutes of the tuning service. I personally inspect all 88 keys’ function, the pitch, tonal dynamics, structural components, and pedal functionality. The evaluation is FREE & is only charged if the sole reason for the visit is the evaluation.
Step TWO: I begin working.
For optimal results, a fairly quiet environment in the room where Randy is working is best. Please try not to vacuum during the appointment :). The noise causes a large disruption in trying to give you the best tuning I can. Please remove anything non-piano related from the instrument as Randy will be removing cabinetry to access the tuning pins & action.
